We approach my role as an HR leader and fractional consultant with a holistic perspective, drawing upon our background in sociology to serve as a “corporate ethnographer”. This unique vantage point allows us to dissect organizational dynamics, uncovering underlying patterns and nuances that contribute to the fabric of workplace culture.
