1 page for entry level professionals, 2 pages for more experienced professionals. If you are going beyond two pages make sure you are adding VALUE to your story and that the experience/accomplishments are RELEVANT to the job you are applying to.

It never hurts to thank someone for the time they spent with you. Will this get you the job? No but it doesn’t hurt your chances either

This goes without question! Always prepare AND practice your answers! Research the company, their competitors and recent news/articles written about them.
If you are provided interviewer name in advance, take a moment to look them up on LinkedIn - this can help build a rapport if you have any commonalities! -
Have a well thought out message to send the referee asking for a “positive” referral. Typically the person will respond better if they know you and your work DIRECTLY

Our guidance is to follow up within 24 hrs of interviews with a ‘Thank you’ and then once more a week later. If you don’t hear anything back….just keep moving.
